6. Completion. At
completion, it is your chosen solicitor who will advise you that the sale is
complete and will transfer all monies owed to you. A representative of

to leave your property once the sale is complete, stay for a short amount of
time while you make your final moving arrangements, or stay and rent the
property back on a more formal letting basis. What is guaranteed at
this point is that all monies owed to you will be paid directly to you by your
chosen solicitor.
